This program prepares experienced mediators and FDRPs to provide high-quality reflective clinical supervision, with a strong focus on safe, ethical, and structured support for practitioners working with complex client matters.

• You’ll build an evidence portfolio through applied practice activities if you would like to apply for a Statement of Attainment. 

Qualification pathway

Participants may complete assessment requirements to receive a Statement of Attainment for CHCMGT005 – Facilitate workplace debriefing and support processes (delivered in partnership with Inspiritive, RTO 21178).
