FDR Document Compliance Review

Professional review of your client information compliance documents — information booklets and sheets, Agreements to Mediate, intake packs and s60I client information — against the Family Law (FDR Practitioners) Regulations 2025, the Family Law Act 1975, the FCFCOA (Family Law) Rules 2021 and the Mi Code of Ethics and Conduct. Each document (up to 15 pages) receives a colour-coded written report rated against 22 criteria, with prioritised, plain-English actions and links to the legislation. Reports are reviewed and signed off by Joanne Law, Director of Mediation Institute, or a suitably qualified member of the Mi team, and delivered within 10 business days.

The Mi Member rate applies to current financial Mediation Institute Practitioner Members and is verified before the review begins. Payment links are provided by email after your documents are submitted via the FDR Document Compliance Review form.
